Campaign Overview
The "Refer 2 Friends and win Gold Coin" campaign is organized by LemFi (the "Organizer"). By participating in this campaign, the participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Campaign Period:
The campaign begins on July 1st, 2025 and ends on December 31st, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
2. Eligibility Criteria to Participate in the Lucky Draw:
- You, as the Referrer, must be an existing LemFi customer and living within Canada.
- You must use your own unique Referral code to invite your friends who live in Canada to download, sign up, and use LemFi.
- Referred friends must be new LemFi users who have never signed up or transacted before through LemFi.
- The Referred Friend must be based in Canada and at least 18 years old.
- Once the Referred Friend(s) have downloaded the LemFi App, they must successfully transfer $100 (“Qualifying Transfer”) or more to a South Asian country in a single transaction during the Campaign Period.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.
- Individuals found to be abusing the referral system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.
3. How to Participate:
To earn a Gold Coin by Lucky Draw, LemFi's existing user must:
- Refer at least two friends who comply with the Eligibility Criteria after 1st of July 2025.
4. How Does the Prize Draw Work:
- Share Your Own Referral Code: Use your in-app LemFi referral link or code.
- Refer Friends: Invite friends who live in Canada and want to send money home.
- Friends Sign Up & Send: Each referred friend must sign up and send at least $100 using LemFi.
- Earn Your Cashback: $20 for 1 referred friend.
- Enter the Prize Draw: Once 2 successful referred friends complete qualifying transfers, you are entered into the Gold Coin giveaway.
- Weekly Gift Voucher Draw: Eligible participants for the Gold Coin also get automatic entry into the weekly gift voucher draw.
- Online Draw Date: Last Friday or business day of each week.
- Event-Based Distribution for Gold Coin: Winners will collect their Gold Coins at major South Asian community events across Canada (e.g., Bengali Mela, Diwali, Independence Day, Onam, Music Festivals, etc.).
- Gold Coin Winners: Winner shoutouts at events — with winning referral codes published on our social media 3 days in advance.
5. Disqualification Criteria:
Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:
- Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign) are strictly prohibited.
- If a referred user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.
- LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Creating fake accounts.
- Sharing referral codes unauthorized or through spam.
- Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.
6. Privacy and Consent:
Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7. General Terms:
- LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
- By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
