Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Transfer & Get Rewarded" Campaign
These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Transfer & Get Rewarded Campaign. Update
Pomelo Technology US Inc. (“LemFi”, together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a “Referral Program”). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”), as available and amended at our sole discretion.
By participating in the LemFi Transfer & Get Rewarded Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice.
Definitions
Program/Promotion: The cashback campaign is open to users who make a qualifying transfer of £200 or more during the campaign period — April 14 to May 4, 2025.
Prize: Each week during the campaign period, 10 users will be randomly selected to receive £50 cashback each.
Promotion Period: The campaign begins April 14, 2025, and ends on May 4, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT.
Participant: The campaign is open to new and existing LemFi customers who make the qualifying transfer of £200 or more within the campaign period.
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the UK, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service.
1. LemFi Campaign Period
You may participate in this campaign between April 14 and May 4, 2025, unless LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
2. Eligibility to Participate
- This campaign is open to all LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
- Participants must:
- Reside in the UK
- Have a fully verified LemFi account
- Comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service
The following individuals are not eligible:
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi
- LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi
3. Prizes / Awards
- Each week during the campaign period, 10 users who send £200 or more will be randomly selected to receive £50 cashback.
4. How to Win the Prize
- Send Money: Make a transfer of £200 or more from the UK to Nigeria between April 14 and May 4, 2025.
- Each week, 10 qualifying senders will be randomly selected to receive a £50 cashback, credited directly to their LemFi wallet.
- The £50 cashback will be credited to the winners within 7 days after they are announced.
5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes
- LemFi users who send £200 or more from the UK to Nigeria within the qualifying period will stand a chance to win a £50 cashback.
6. Receiving and Using Rewards
LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke cashback if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has:
- Violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement
- Acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner
- Had their Valid Account restricted or closed pursuant to the User Agreement
Accrued cashback can only be used for future international money transfers after the bonus has been granted and approved by LemFi.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the referral program. This includes, but is not limited to, special, indirect, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
LemFi’s maximum aggregate liability to a participant or any third party shall be the then-current 10 Euro value of the participant’s unspent monetary reward under the referral program.
8. Other Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to amend or terminate the campaign at any time without notice.
- Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility, cashback earnings, or compliance with these Terms shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
- If a participant breaches the User Agreement or violates any law or regulation, we may suspend or terminate the account or void any earned rewards.

9. Governing Law
UK Customers: This campaign is subject to the laws of England & Wales, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
