1. Campaign Overview
This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is organised by LemFi and is designed to reward eligible users who make their first qualifying international money transfer using the LemFi app.
2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to new LemFi users who:
- Are at least 18 years old;
- Successfully register a LemFi account;
- Enter the promo code OULANG during sign-up or before completing their first transfer;
- Complete a qualifying first transfer in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign is valid for a limited time and may be modified, extended, or terminated by LemFi at its sole discretion without prior notice.
4. Reward Details
Eligible users who complete their first international transfer of EUR €100 or more may receive a reward of up to EUR €50, subject to applicable limits and verification.
The reward amount may vary and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash outside the LemFi platform.
5. Verification & Disqualification
LemFi reserves the right to verify user eligibility and transaction validity. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEMFI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR DELAYS ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS CAMPAIGN.
7. Final Interpretation
LemFi reserves the right of final interpretation of this Campaign and these Terms & Conditions.
