1. Campaign Period:

• The campaign begins on 3rd of June 2025, and ends on 15th of June 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility criteria:

• You must have an existing account with LemFi account but have not made a transaction yet
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign
• You must be based in the USA and Canada
• Make your first transfer home during the campaign period

3. How to Participate:

To win an Iphone 16, a Lemfi user must:

• Ensure that they meet the Eligibility Criteria.
• Make your first transfer home

4. How Does the Rewards Work

• To Win an Iphone 16, an eligible user must successfully meet the eligibility Criteria.
• Have an existing active LemFi account, be based in the USA and Canada
• Send at least one transfer home during the campaign period
• The user will receive their Iphone 16 at the latest 15 days after the campaign has been concluded.
• Winner will be randomly selected and notified via email

5. Disqualification Criteria: Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign are strictly prohibited.
• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
• Creating fake accounts.
• Sharing referral codes unauthorized or through spam.
• Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

6. Privacy and Consent:

• Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. General Terms:

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
